On a pu notamment voir que les survivants tenteront d’échapper à une apocalypse nucléaire après celle menée face aux zombies. Toutefois, ce ne sera pas le seul challenge qu’auront à affronter Morgan Lennie James et son camp, puisqu’ils devront faire face à leur ancien allié, Victor Strand Colman Domingo. Les deux personnages promettent en effet de se livrer une bataille sans merci dans ce nouveau teaser. De quoi garantir une septième salve musclée et épique. Les motivations de Victor sont claires. Ce dernier souhaite rebâtir un monde nouveau, après l’échec de Morgan qu’il semble tenir pour responsable. Néanmoins, il est possible que le personnage de Colman Domingo y voit également un moyen de dominer les communautés et d’atteindre les proches de Morgan. En tout cas, ce dernier fera preuve de vigilance, notre héros menaçant Victor de lui faire subir ce que son adversaire a tenté de lui faire dans le sous-marin. A côté de cela, il sera intéressant de voir Victor rebasculer dans le camp des ennemis, après que plusieurs saisons l’ait présenté comme un allié de Morgan.
